Return & Exchange Policy

Our All Products go through quality control and are carefully inspected by our quality team before shipping. Please bring your kind attention to understand to how our products are made before returning our jewellery, as all our pieces are handcrafted by craftsmen sitting in rural areas. Which ascertains the uniqueness of every piece? As ALL NATURAL STONES are woven in the jewellery, Material or flaws within a stone may be present as inclusions.

a)  If you would like to request an exchange please write to us info@silvermaharaja.com

b) Items which to be exchanged need to be sent to the addresses given below within 15 days of receiving the goods.

c)  Maharaja Arts Palace will replace the items free of cost or issue a full refund if we have sent you a wrong item. 

d)  If you would like to exchange any item, Maharaja Arts Palace will replace the returned items free of cost and issue a refund for the cost of the goods to the credit /debit card used for online shopping. However, shipping charges would not be refunded. On receipt of the wrong product at our return address, you would need to place a fresh order for the correct item.

e)  Shipping charges will not be refunded and customers are required to pay for the shipping costs to return the goods to the applicable return address as given below.
